“SUBSTRATE” CONFIGURED CdTe-BASED SOLAR CELLS
CdTe, CdS, ZnO and ZnO:Al thin films were prepared by Close-spaced sublimation (CSS), Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) and Magnetron sputtering methods, respectively. The films were investigated by X- Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) methods. Dependence of electrical properties on crystallinity degree of the obtained films were studied.
“Substrate” configured solar cell devices on the basis of obtained films were
constructed.
